1.个人简介:

1963年1月出生。研究生学历,硕士学位。教授。研究领域:英语教学理论与实践,第二语言习得,英语教师专业发展。承担本科生及研究生课程。

materials development and analysis, the national Englishcurriculum and English Curriculum  

Standards, language teaching approaches, the making of goodEFL teachers, the characteristics  

of Chinese learners of English, teaching strategies, learningstrategies, the English learning  

environment of Chinese students and English learningresources, classroom English teaching,  

the teaching of language knowledge, the teaching of languageskills, integrated teaching,  

language learning and cultural awareness, cross-culturalcommunication, individualized  

teaching, evaluating teacher-invented methods for Englishteaching, and the history and future  

of EFL teaching in China.  

2. Professional development of EFL teachers, concerning the needs ofprofessional development,  

the role teacher educators from normal universities play inthe professional development of  

primary and secondary school teachers, the reform ofEnglish teaching system and English  

teachers' professional development, reflective teachers,reflective teaching, teacher education,
